We had a few outlets go out suddenly and felt that it was out of our league after some troubleshooting. Hoffman Electric let us know that they might be a week out due to high demand. They ended up seeing us within 24 hours, which we greatly appreciated despite it not being an emergency. Jason was very professional and helped us understand what went wrong and how to avoid it happening again in the future. He also gave us peace of mind in explaining that our wiring issues were minor and overall everything looked good. The pricing was on par with what we’ve seen before and what others have told us they’ve experienced in our area. We will definitely be calling Hoffman electric in the future!

I always get Barry and he is amazing! Giving me tips on many things like Rebates and Tips on other house things since he knows I am a new homeowner! He is fast and does an amazing job with all my old house electrical too! Very knowledgeable and Hoffman the company is always fast at responding and scheduling services.

The service I received from Hoffman Electric was outstanding! Mr. Koebel is very professional. He spent time troubleshooting the issues. In the end they only charged me $35 for replacing my door bell chimes since I have homeServe and Service Guard through Black Hills Energy. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend this company!

Needed a ceiling fan replaced. Hoffman Electric sent tech Barry out and he did an absolutely great job. Looks great, he set up the new remote and showed me how to use it. Lots of new functionality. I will always ask for him if he's available, and Hoffman Electric.

I’m surprised this company doesn’t have more reviews! I was connected with Hoffman through my home warranty, and from start to finish, they exceeded my expectations. From the initial phone call to schedule my appointment, I was greeted politely and professionally. The technician who came to fix my exhaust fan was outstanding! He explained the issue clearly, repaired it quickly, and even took the time to educate me on the best lighting options for my home. I would gladly recommend Hoffman to anyone and will definitely use their services again in the future!

I lost power to the lights in one of my bedrooms and wasn’t able to resolve the issue on my own. Hoffman Electric responded promptly to my service call and sent Barry as the technician. Barry was a true professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and restored the lights in the bedroom. During his visit, he also took the time to explain how the on/off switches controlled power to several of my outlets and shared helpful information about OPPD’s home wiring and circuit maintenance program. I appreciated his knowledge, clear communication, and thorough approach. I will definitely be calling Hoffman Electric again for any future electrical needs.
